Brass Ring co-founder Tim Triplett started his first company at 19 and soon after dedicated himself to building entrepreneurially driven, professionally managed, high growth companies. At 26, he built and grew a small company an average of 136% per year for ten straight years. He turned a startup into the international market leader in its space. During a time of exponential growth he also kept the company completely debt free. Ernst & Young said his ability to focus the right capital, in the right place, at the right time, was extraordinary.
Over the past 35 years he has managed businesses in the plastics, packaging, automotive, real estate and beverage industries. He has worked for, owned or led startups, mid-sized and public companies. Tim has real world experience delivering a variety of solutions, internationally, to companies like Gillette, 3M, Baxter Healthcare, Abbott Laboratories, Bose, Ford, Chrysler, GM, Mercedes, BMW, Honda, Toyota, Porsche, Bausch & Lomb, Kodak, Papermate, Motorola, Microsoft, Intel, Oakley, Coca-Cola, Seagrams, and hundreds more.
Inc. Magazine, Merrill Lynch and Ernst & Young named Tim “Entrepreneur of the Year” in 1994 and later inducted him into the Ernst & Young, “Entrepreneur of The Year” Hall of Fame. He has consulted for and sat on the board of several corporations in variety of industries. He is the Co-Founder of BoosterQuest, LLC a philanthropic business developed to support youth sports programs, he sits on the board of Amateur Baseball Development Group along with its founder, Mike Scioscia, GM of the Los Angeles Angels. He is Chairman of Smart Real Estate Investments, Inc, Chief Business Development Officer of Berwind LLC, and the CEO of Brass Ring Spirit Brands in Harvard, MA.
